Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

We offer refunds if you meet the following:

(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.

(2) Email us at ( info@camslovelycreations.com ) Please Include your Name, Order Number, and the reason you are requesting a refund).

We have a 14 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is completely returned and confirmed , we will process your refund and it make take 4-6 business days to process through your bank.

Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.

 

Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed on demand , especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 3 hours after purchase.

 

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 14 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. You will have will have 14 days to examine your product after you have received it. If 14 days have gone by since after you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
